NYC Builds Bio+ Features Cure Life Sciences in Seminar Series

NYC Builds Bio+, a membership organization dedicated to bringing New York City’s real estate and life sciences communities together, recently featured L&K Partners’ life science client, Cure, in their virtual seminar series. The event showcases new life science developments and subclusters in NYC Metro Life Science marketplace and aims to educate a national audience about the strength of the market and new opportunities for collaboration.

The Cure campus, developed by leading healthcare investment firm Deerfield Management, is located in the Midtown East subcluster and provides flexible workplaces and lab space to budding scientist and research organizations. Karen Heidelberger, Partners and Chief Partnership and Communications Officer at Deerfield Management, and Mark Veich, President at Advancium Health Network and Executive Director at Deerfield Partnership, presented at the seminar.

L&K Partners/Newgrange Construction partnered with the Deerfield/Cure team in the development and build-out of the life sciences hub. We are proud corporate sponsors of the NYC Build Bio+ organization.
