John McCarthy-O’Hea | Partner and Chief Executive Officer
John is the Chief Executive Officer at L&K Partners Inc. and brings over 30 years of construction and project management experience leading the complex delivery of projects in virtually all project sectors including ground-up construction, historic rehabilitation, infrastructure, and interior build-outs. John was a key member of the firm’s inception in 1997, and has held various leadership positions within the firm including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Partner-in-Charge. Under the direction of John and Jonathan Lewis, the firm has grown from 10 employees, to a team of over 150, a diverse portfolio covering 10+ commercial sectors, and has forged incredible industry relationships that have lasted over 20 years.
Jonathan Lewis | Partner and Chief Operating Officer
A seasoned veteran of the industry with over 35 years of project experience, Jonathan Lewis serves as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at L&K Partners. Over the course of his career, Jonathan has built strong client relationships and led the development of a robust portfolio of projects in virtually every building sector. In addition to working alongside the management team on strategic planning, Jonathan is actively involved on high-profile accounts, working between the client and the project team to maintain schedule, team management, and cost controls.
Jennifer Foley | Partner and Chief Financial Officer
An integral member of core leadership, Jennifer Foley serves as Partner and Chief Financial Officer at L&K Partners. Jennifer joined the firm during its inception in 1997, and brings over 20 years of experience in construction management. In her executive position, Jennifer manages all financial, accounting, risk, and capital management operations. Jennifer provides leadership and strategic oversight for L&K project teams and ensures compliance with all corporate and contractor registrations and licensing requirements.
