The Real Deal, a leading real estate news outlet, published its 2022 Databook, which annually combines industry data and trends across residential, commercial, and development sectors. This year, L&K Partners was ranked within the top 20 of general contracting firms in New York City, which is measured on the basis of initial estimated project costs for alteration work conducted in 2021.
