Crain’s New York Business highlighted the surging demand for lab space in NYC. Demand for lab space climbed by 67% from a year ago and funding levels hit a peak of $1.4 billion, according to a new report by commercial real estate firm CBRE.

We partnered with the healthcare investment firm to convert a 1913's Midtown Manhattan office building, into wet labs and research space for budding scientists. The project required a complete overhaul to building infrastructure and technical systems including custom cooling and heating, high-powered generators, fire suppression system, fume exhaust systems, and enhanced elevators.
