Y&R (n.k.a. VMLY&R), a global marketing and advertising agency, hired L&K Partners to build-out their new 350,000 sf corporate headquarters in New York City. Working on an aggressive 24 week schedule, we renovated 10 floors consisting of multi-functional meeting space, a full-service cafeteria, multiple internal staircases, and outdoor landscaped terrace. The completed project is a thoughtfully designed space that captures the Y&R culture of creativity and free-thinking.
