Warby Parker retained L&K Partners/Newgrange Construction in the construction and build-out of its retail showroom and corporate office. Located in Soho, New York City's premier shopping neighborhood, Warby Parker envisioned a space to offer customers in-person eye exams and consultations, an expansive showroom selection, and a new home for their corporate brand team all under one roof. The fashion-led eyewear collection is displayed throughout the store in recessed custom millwork cases , and virtual try-on kiosks and touch-free measurement stations offer customers a digitally enriched experience. The project required precision scheduling and organization to accommodate ongoing client appointments throughout the duration of construction.
