Owned by Aby Rosen and designed by Space Copenhagen, The Blond is a upscale, stylish bar and nightclub located on the second floor of the Soho’s 11 Howard. L&K Partners/Newgrange Construction provided construction management and general contracting services in the gut renovation of the trendy bar and lounge. Mirroring 11 Howard’s unique aesthetic and fluid design, The Blond is an open, warmly-lit space featuring arched windows, gold-gilded mirrors and velvet furnishings.
