L&K Partners was retained by a confidential technology company to provide construction management and general contracting services in the interior build-out of their 250,000 sf New York City office. The office is located in a landmarked property and required careful restoration and structural rehab to historic elements in the space. Spanning a total of four floors, our work was completed in phases to accommodate the client’s transition into the new building. Signature elements of the office include media space with a fully-lit stage used for filming interviews, flexible working stations, several snack bars, a full cafeteria, and a rooftop patio.
