Tucked inside The Romer Hell’s Kitchen, is So & So’s, a neighborhood piano bar and lounge. L&K Partners was retained for construction management services for the vibrant music venue.
The space is transformed into cultural hub that celebrates music, art, and community. Key features of the space include red banquette booths, upholstered walls and lavish bar. The stage is illuminated by stunning marque lighting and centered around a blue piano. Our team collaborated with acoustic engineers to optimize sound quality throughout the venue, creating an immersive experience for all attendees.
