The Paramount Hotel, located in the heart of Times Square, is a landmark building and one of New York City’s premier hotels and entertainment venues. L&K Partners was retained to renovate the hotel’s lobby, amenity, and entertainment spaces. Originally built in 1927, we worked with the client to build upon the hotel’s rich history and theatrical character of the neighborhood. The two-story lobby features dark woods, sculptural chandeliers, and a stainless- steal fireplace, providing guests with a lavish place to unwind.
In addition, L&K completed a gut renovation to the hotel’s legendary Diamond Horseshoe Nightclub. Located in the basement of the hotel, the club features herringbone wood floors and textured wall coverings as well as a fully operational kitchen, multiple bars, banquet seating and stage for entertainment.
