L&K Partners provided construction management services to renovate several education centers and student dormitories at NYU’s Washington Square Park location. The Gallatin facility, a collaborative space for NYU’s individual study programs, required the merging of two floors in adjacent buildings and renovation of lounge and office space. Across campus, L&K renovated NYU’s Entrepreneur Lab which included reinforcing the building exterior as well as interior fit-out. Additionally, L&K upgraded NYU’s Weinstein Residence dormitory which included upgrades to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. All renovations were carefully completed within a 12 week window to accommodate NYU’s student enrollment schedule.
