Maverick Real Estate Partners engaged L&K Partners for the interior fit out of its new office located at 330 Madison Avenue. The project involved the transformation of an existing office shell into a state-of-the-art workspace that merges luxury design and functionality. 

The space features a mix of open-concept workspaces, private offices, collaborative meeting areas, reception, and an inviting entry way. The fully-equipped café / bar / lounge area features Brazilian quartzite countertops, custom millwork cabinetry, and high-end appliances. The open-concept trade floor incorporates custom baffle ceilings, newly poured polished concrete floor, and features AV display screens vertically positioned on columns. Custom curved glass conference rooms and office fronts prompt optimal natural light and sweeping city views. 

The project is an exceptional showcase of high-end commercial interiors, combining custom materials, unique design elements, and cutting-edge technology. All built and completed as part of an aggressive construction schedule.
