Gucci, an Italian luxury fashion brand with product lines including handbags, clothing, and footwear, retained L&K Partners to build-out several of their office and showrooms in the greater NYC area. Their 72,000 sf office, located in the Financial District of Manhattan, takes a contemporary twist on a 1923 building, with refurbished original terracotta ceiling and marble floors. The two-story space utilizes an interconnecting staircase made from high-end blackened steel, as well as features a graffiti wall designed to represent the Gucci Ghost line.
