Grohe, a premium home and kitchen design and supply firm, retained L&K Partners for the construction management and build-out of their 12,000 sf GROHELIVE! showroom in New York City’s flatiron district. The space offers visitors the opportunity to interact with GROHE products through demonstration areas and fully functional kitchen and bathroom vignettes. In addition to product displays, the center also hosts events for industry professionals, continuing education classes, and in-depth product training. L&K worked closely with GROHE’s team to implement their unique blend of design, technology, and quality products throughout the space.
