Italian home and office furniture brand, Estel Group, engaged L&K Partners in the renovation and upgrade of its New York City showroom located in Midtown Manhattan. The 3,000 sf space features a combination of both the brand’s home and office collections, providing a modern, sleek, and welcoming environment for customers and home and office partners. Our team completed selective demo, installed new partition glass walls, and upgraded showroom light fixtures.
The relocation comes after the acquisition of Prosetto House, a historic design brand, and is Estel’s largest showroom to date. We are thrilled to support Estel in its relocation, constructing a space that is emblematic of its values of hospitality, comfort, and design.
