L&K Partners provided construction management services for the full interior fit-out of the ENT and Allergy Associates clinic in midtown Manhattan. The 10,000 sf medical office provides comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care including in-office procedures and surgeries. The project included a variety of complex infrastructure such as x-ray and ultrasound hook-ups, medical-grade cleaning stations, and computer integrated lab testing. In addition to exam rooms, our team updated the reception and waiting lounge to provide patients with a friendly and comfortable waiting area.
