A trusted partner for over seven years, L&K Partners has successfully completed close to 2 million sf of commercial office space throughout the Tri-state area for this confidential e-commerce company.

Most recent, our team assisted in the tech company’s corporate office expansion in Hudson Yards, providing construction management and general contracting services for the feasibility, planning and build-out of their new 500,000 vertical campus. With an accelerated schedule, the new office was constructed in-parallel with a full building repositioning which required an enhanced coordinated effort in planning to ensure the critical system infrastructure and vertical transportation went live on schedule.

The 11-floor campus cohesively links various departments across several floors with different space types including open workspaces, private offices, training rooms, conference rooms, and several collaboration areas for impromptu meetings. The space also includes a full amenity floor housing a kitchen, café, grab & go and several dining areas including outdoor terraces and break-out areas.  The technology-driven work environment required building IT supporting infrastructure and AV rooms to support over 1,500 workstations as well as several video-conferencing meeting and training rooms. Each floor features a unique elevator lobby with art displays, open polished concrete hallways, and spacious pantries.

Collaborating with the client and design team, the space is complete with environmental branding to connect teams to the company's core business values and mission.  The L&K team looks forward to building more inspiring, creative spaces for the e-commerce giant as they continue to expand their footprint in NYC and beyond.
