Aspen Insurance, a global insurance provider with product portfolios covering causality, FINPRO, and first party/specialty, retained L&K Partners for the renovation of their corporate office located in Jersey City, New Jersey. In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, Aspen sought to reimagine their workplace to better support hybrid work, while embodying the global insurance company’s recent brand refresh. The 20,000 sf office is a dynamic layout comprised of large private offices, board rooms, huddle meeting rooms, and several open-plan work spaces. Biophilic elements including moss walls and planting within built screens and shelves are paired with natural oaks, custom millwork, and sleek quartz and marble surfaces.

The office rebrand provides more than an aesthetic facelift; it helps reconnect colleagues and clients to the company, bridging the gap between virtual and in-person work and creating a more productive workplace.
