L&K Partners was retained by The AC and JC Foundation, a nonprofit committed to bettering the lives of New Yorkers with philanthropic interests including NYC educational, cultural and social service programs, for the build-out of its corporate office located in the Flatiron District.

The office includes a combination of private offices, open-concept workstations, an employee pantry, and executive suite. The focal point of the office is an expansive library which seamlessly transitions to the primary boardroom. The library features custom millwork book shelves, artistic lighting and sleek acoustic glass partitions dividing the community reading spaces to the conference room.

L&K Partners is thrilled to work with The AC and JC Foundation to build a space that supports its staff and mission-oriented work.
